Description
We took a traditional Belgian Wit and added mango, pineapple and coconut. Pouring a hazy, straw color with a lively head, with aroma of mango and a medley of tropical hops. The body starts with hints of pineapple, and rounds out with lingering nutty coconut. While not overwhelming, the hints of flavors and aromatics from the fruit give a refreshing balance to the classic flavors of a Wit. This Half Belgian Wit with half tropical fruits is truly a Half Wit in Paradise!
