Description
Another World is a red sour beer aged in oak barrels. Fermented with two strains of Brettanomyces yeast and two strains Lactobacillus bacteria, this red sour presents notes of cherries and caramel.
Inside of this beer, there exists another world. A world ruled entirely by yeast and bacteria. This dichotomous world survives and thrives through constant cooperation and competition.
