We nailed it! At least that’s what are customers keep telling us. Since the first batch on our full-sized brewhouse after upscaling from our pilot system our customers can’t get enough of this creamy stout. We designed it with oats for creaminess, lactose for residual sweetness, belgian dark syrup for intense dark fruit flavors, dark malts for chocolate and roast, and finally lots of hops for a (balanced) hoppy finish. Plus, without sacrificing flavor, we kept the finish and ABV as low as possible making our stout incredibly drinkable and full of flavor.
