This beer combines the features of the original Beer Geek Breakfast with unique characteristics of bourbon barrel aging. Aroma is a combination of malts, caramel, chocolate and coffee. The body is medium with light coffee and chocolate flavors, subtle bourbon and woody notes, with a creamy texture, average carbonation and a bitter edge on the finish. (Hops-Cascade).
