Descripción
Taking notes from some of our favorite classic english bitters, we built the Braxton Labs English Pale Ale to be a hoppy pale ale with a complex, caramel forward malt bill. A layered malt bill of crystal malts and the bready Maris Otter create a backbone for the England-bred Fuggle hops to provide an earthy aroma and bitterness. Rounded out with a British Ale yeast that adds some subtle fruit esters, this beer is a nice example of the balanced bitters of the United Kingdom.
