Beschreibung
This Scotch Ale is a strong ale style originating from Edinburgh, Scotland in the 19th century. Sometimes referred to as a wee heavy, this ale is dominated by big caramel malt and nutty/toffee flavors and finishes with notes of spiciness. This Scotch ale has a wonderful warming effect and is best served in a bowled snifter to appreciate the intense malt flavors and aroma.
