Description
In collaboration with Doscher's Candy, this beer is named after their founder and the "Santa" that used to always hide his gifts in our garage. Claus is dark brown in color, with hints of red from the Doscher's peppermint added to the brew. No peeking, but if you're nosey, you'll get scents of milk chocolate and creamy sweetness with subtle mint. The flavor is primarily chocolate, and as the beer warms, peppermint becomes more prominent. This Sweet Stout has a creamy mouthfeel, medium body and low bitterness. Remember, never shake your gifts before drinking.
