Description
This beer starts out as an American wheat ale, a famous style that involves wheat malt as well as barley in the mash. Instead of being fermented with a very characterizing yeast in the German style of wheat beers this one was brewed with a more neutral American ale yeast strain. The perfect ground to allow us add something unique and really stand out. Shane and Brooks chose Australian native lemongrass, which is quite different from its Thai counterpart. Australian hops do the rest and give this beer distinct character and exceptional drinkability
