Description
Erdinger Weissbier Pikantus is a dark bock beer that has a higher alcohol percentage. This specialty wheat beer owes the sharp and full flavour to the usage of selcted dark wheat and barley malts, which are matured quite a bit longer. Normal bock beers often taste quite sweet, but this is not the case with Erdinger bock beer, the brewmasters have maintained a smooth Pikantus flavour.
