Stay up all night and get funky with our latest Brett farmhouse ale! After aging for nearly 2 years in our pair of giant oak foeders (foo-ders), the beer from each vessel was carefully combined and keg-conditioned for another 3 months to create this complex, deep golden draught. This release is more funky and has less oak than our previous foeder blend, and flavors of peach and strawberry balance the classic Brett combo of cherry pie and ripe pineapple. Funky, smooth, and a bit tart.
