The delicate pilsner malt flavor of this German style lager is laced with the crisp flavor of noble German Hops. Magnum hops grown in the Hallertau region deliver the smooth bitterness that is characteristic of a German Pilsner, while Saphir hops, from Germany round out the finish in the dry hops to bring a spicy herbal, and lemongrass note. This refreshing, light bodied lager beer is a cross between two styles, a Munich Helles and a German Pils. At 4.2% ABV, and 40 IBU, this session pilsner is bold and adventurous like the Heliopolis, and we bet it will have you coming back for pint after pint. Prost!
