This is our labor of love. Original Style Bavarian Weißbier evolved from the 15th Century and was long exclusive to the royal brewers of the Bavarian Kings. The Original version is still brewed by small, independent breweries such as ours. Fermented with our exclusive yeast strain in our classic open vessels, this traditional wheat beer is deep in color with a cloudy appearance, rich body, and a refreshing finish that’s perfect to be enjoyed year round.
For best results, we recommend pouring into a wet, beer clean glass, leaving an inch or so in the can to swirl out the natural yeast sediment. Top off and enjoy. Prost!
