Descripción
North & Western is a dry-hopped Saison style ale. Starting with a base of pilsner malt we infuse this beer with hops from around the globe, both in the boil and with a hefty dose of dry hops in the tank. The result is a complex combination of spicy yeast character with layers of floral, citrus, pone, and fruity hop notes. Drink this one fresh to get the most from the awesome bouquet of hops.
