Description
One T is straw colored, and has aromas of citrus, melon, pineapple and passion fruit. Malty, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors are followed by a balanced hop bitterness in the finish.
We brew this beer with Maris Otter and Munich malts, as well as raw wheat. It is hopped with Bravo, Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial in the brewhouse, 100% fermented with Brettanomyces claussenii, and then dry-hopped with Citra and Galaxy hops prior to packaging.
