Description
There's an island off the coast of Long Island that's half the size but double the fun. The island is famous for a delicious concoction that sounds a whole lot like rocket fool. It's a staple among locals, and it inspired the beer in this can. Our Rocket Fool is a Double IPA brewed with pineapple, tart cherry and coconut oil. A full mouthful and malty sweetness are balanced by bitterness from double dry-hopped El Dorado & Hop 472. It's a hazy take on the hazy days spent on our favorite local island
