Here in Amager, we are pleasantly far from Jante Country, we are not afraid of excesses and moderation is us infinitely distant.
In fact, it is just now that we consider gluttony as a virtue rather than a sin - at least when it comes to one thing: Hops! We have found the hops which shone most brightly in hops space and almost begged to be used in large quantities.
And so we did - as befits a Double IPA of the highest order. We have overly indulgent in sinful degree - and we like it! I wonder if even you?
