A complex and refreshing beer, brewed with fresh ginger root and aged in a rum barrel. Aroma of oak, rum and ginger. Clean crisp mouth feel. Low head, moderate carbonation. Neither hops nor malts dominate this beer. Clean finish. Wine colored with sparkling clarity.
