Brewed using traditional Belgian methods of turbid mashing and spontaneous fermentation, with the wild winds of industrial-rustic Anaheim imparting unique flavors. We tasted and hand-selected our favorite barrels, which were then gracefully blended to taste. Funky, complex, tart, and drinkable.
