The inagural batch in Phyllis is a blend of equal amounts of Orchid and Sour Reserve aged on a polite amount of strawberries from Heartland Family Farms. Enjoy the unique development of Phyllis this year with a healthy serving of elote, grilled trout, and marscapone ice cream.
