Description
Apropos of Nothing is a golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with elderberries and lavender. Fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Pediococcus bacteria, this sour beer displays floral aromas and flavors reminiscent of dark fruits, jam, and blackberries.
Apropos of Nothing is our fifth, and final, Founders Club Bottle Release. Two bottles of Apropos of Nothing are included with each Founders Club membership.
