2014 Autumnal Dichotomous, our fall saison, explores the nostalgic aromas and flavors of fall. Longpepper and sage were used sparingly to accentuate the subtleties of roasted squash. Naturally occurring wild yeasts and bacteria impart a sense of place to this unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle-conditioned beer.
