Description
The mixed culture, oak-fermented version of our flagship Saison. Historically, Saison would have skewed towards the very bitter or the noticeably sour, depending on wort composition and fermentation. Brewed with malted wheat and barley and lightly hopped, this version is tart, funky, and oaky, BFD#is a blend of our favorite barrels from the cellar.
