Barrel Aged Mexican Achromatic is an Imperial Stout inspired by Mexican hot cocoa, a drink that traces its roots back to the Mayans, Aztecs and Spanish in Mexico. Brewed with obscene amounts of roasted cacao nibs, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans and aged in Breckenridge Distillery bourbon barrels, Barrel Aged Mexican Achromatic is a rich, decadent beer that evokes the innovative spirit of brewing while paying homage to its Mexican heritage.
