Aged for ten months in a freshly emptied Bourbon oak barrel, this ‘Barley Wine Ale / Wheat Wine Ale’ uses American hop varieties to enhance its rye character. Three roasts of rye malt, making this beer rich in flavors of dark fruits and figs, finishing with subtle spicy notes and a perceived dryness.
