This beer is a Bamberg-style Rauchbier. The town of Bamberg in Germany originated the style of smoked beers. These beers are made with a dose of smoked barley. Our recipe relies on a light bock recipe for its base and contains 15% imported smoked barley. The noble German hops are used to balance the taste into a unique beer drinking experience.
