BLONDIBOCK was the first brewed as BLUESAPALOOZA BLONDE BOCK in the summer of 2011, and she was so popular that we brought her back every summer since.
Brewed as a German-style Blonde Bock in December of 2013, she was racked off into Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels after two weeks in the fermentation vessels. There, she has matured for 7 months, picking up much of her color and flavor from the oak barrels.
