Description
This traditional Scottish Ale was inspired by those chilly Mountain evenings when the crisp, clean air contains a hint of hardwood campfire and fireplace aromas. We use a touch of Peak Smoked Malt to deliver a subtle smokiness to this well balanced ale. We also model our water profile after Edinburgh Scotland for an even more authentic taste of the Scottish High Country
