Description
A complex, strong, Belgian-style ale with a wonderful marriage of fruity esters and spicy notes including white pepper with a moderate balance of alcohol. Esters are reminiscent of pears, oranges, and apples. Pilsner malt is the base of this ale with additions of Aromatic and Crystal120 malts. Belgian dark candy sugar is added to increase flavor and alcohol. Perle & Tettnang Hops are added for bittering and to increase the spicy, fruity notes to complement the yeast characteristics of this style.
As you enjoy this Belgian Strong Ale, you’ll feel the warmth and the good vibes from within. You may encounter the sudden urge to move your feet and shake your hips in the “Dancing Monk Style.”
