Description
North Peak Darkangel is robust and dry with a finishing touch of tart cherry. The roast barley quickly gives way to the subtle chocolate malt and rich Crystal 30.Chinook and Centennial hops put forth a sharp clean bitterness that is followed by a medium malt body balanced with Challenger hops, ending with a smooth dry, tart finish and strong Galena nose. It is brewed in Traverse City, MI, on Old Mission Peninsula incorporating locally grown hops.
