This b eer is a showcase for the flavor and aroma of a single hop varietal: Centennial. The "wet" in wet-hopped refers to hops that have been picked only a few hours before being incorporated into the beer. Impressive amounts of fresh whole cone Centennial hops were added to the kettle, giving the beer very specific, intense bitterness and aroma.
