Desert Snow White IPA is built to battle the intense summer heat. By adding an obscene amount of Calypso, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. We bring an American twist to this otherwise traditional Belgian ale. The fruity characteristics of the Belgian yeast are highlighted by the addition of coriander and orange peel to the brew. At 4.7% ABV Desert Snow takes sessionable to a whole new level of chill.
