Description
The secret of the Disabled Original is that the first fermented in open jäskar, and then brewed in a copper pan. This allows the Disabled Original becomes a genuine Craft Beer. Along with high-quality malt and Northern Sweden, water gets Disabled Original a distinct pilsner character.
After boiling, add yet another hop town, making the beer gets välhumlat but not too bitter. Thanks to a lower perception of Disabled vörtstyrka Original is also often a bit more lättdrucken than any other beer in the same category.
