Description
A smooth creamy stout that has strong hop taste which leaves a smokey chocolate aftertaste on the palate.Dogwatch stout gets its name from the naval terminology for the shift period between 16.00hrs and 20.00hrs. This period of work is split into two, the first and the last dogwatch. The name dogwatch is thought to have come from the two ?half watches? being referred to as ?dodging the watch?. This later evolved into ?dodge watch? and then ?dog watch?
