Description
Duchess is a subtly spicy ginger mead made from local freshly grated ginger root. Once paired with honey and fermented, the flavors are rich, but overpowering and haphazardly structured. After 24 months of aging, the flavors are still bold, but smooth and pleasantly melded together. We think you’ll like it.
