Description
We used fresh peeled ginger and raw Michigan wildflower honey to ferment this mead, and then aged it in rye whiskey barrels.
This is the mad creation of Ian Radogost-Givens, meadmaker extraordinaire and partner at B. Netkar. Keep an eye out for his creations. He will soon be leading up our experiMental B-Sides series, and our barrel series.
