It exudes lime and lemon aromas, enhanced by the floral and fruity profile of Mandarina Bavaria hops and a touch of acidity resulting from lactobacilli fermentation. The addition of sea salt finally gives this beer a sweet saline note, resulting in a tangy beer with a dry and vibrant finish.
