19 years and 3000 batches later, we brewed an India Pale Ale inspired by those classic IPAs brewed in the Burton-upon-Trent region in England, some 150 years ago. Crafted from all British ingredients. Notes of soft pear and faint honey precede the delicate, bready malt body that sets the stage for classic U.K. hops. Floral, earthy, and grassy. A retrospective on a style that continues to inspire a hop revolution today.
