Mint Chocolate Milk Stout
Collaboration with the Ladies of Lager

With cold days on the horizon you need a beer that you can put on like a warm blanket. With this in mind Isley Brewing Company
in collaboration with the Ladies of Lager present to you 'Going Mintal' a Minty Milk Chocolate Stout. This is a dark, and strong ale with a full body and rich chocolatey flavor complemented by a refreshing touch of mint. We added Dark Belgian Candy sugar to boost ABV, additions of fresh spearmint to the boil, and more mint as well as cocoa nibs in the brite tank. The fresh mint gives a yang to the stout's roasty yin, leaving a complex balance of flavors - and the cool menthol finish hits you like a cool breeze. So if you are looking for a beer to drink by the fire, at the table, or out on the town this fall, Isley Brewing and the Ladies of Lager will have you Going Mintal for another pint.
