This collaboration with Chicago-based roasters, Dark Matter Coffee, creates a refreshing pale ale tirelessly infused with coffee. Two additions of the Mexico-grown light roasted "El Eden" bean were added post-fermentation, creating a strong coffee aroma and flavor without compromising the amazing light color of this beer.
