Our Flemish Sour Beer, brewed with a touch of raw rye and aged hops, is a blend of a one-year old oak-aged dark sour and a fresh, kettle-soured golden sour Both are fermented with three strains of saccharomyces yeasts, two strains of brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus.
