Kon-Tiki is our South Pacific pale ale. Using only hops from New Zealand and Australia, this beer features a flavor and aroma dominated by tropical fruits, and other citrus notes. Light bodied and dry by design. We keep the malt base to an absolute minimum in order to let the hops really shine. Brewed only when we can get our hands on all the hops we need for it, this one doesn't last long.
