For this beer we’ve used a traditional Belgian Wit yeast but replaced the usual citrus with the soft, juicy, tropical mango that gives this beer a beautiful summery flavour. Subtle hops allow the delicate fruit and the tart yeast flavours to shine through. The perfect summer sipper!
