Description
Once the mainstay of British beer, Porter has seen a resurgence in popularity in recent years. This dark ale has a deep ruby color and a dominant malt flavor with a light dry roasted character that hints of caramel and chocolate. It is brewed with 2-row pale ale, caramel and chocolate malts and bittered with English hops. The No. 22 Porter pairs well with roasted or grilled meats and vegetables, sweet foods and wild game.
