After six generations of growing pears, our Pear Cider has been crafted to showcase the fruit we grow. From great fruit comes great cider. Using 100% Estate grown, fresh pressed Bartlett pears with our Estate grown Gala apples to balance acidity, our Pear cider undergoes a primary then malolactic fermentation. It is Lightly aged on french oak then back-sweetend with fresh pressed Bosc and Bartlett pears. Not too sweet, not too dry this cider Pears well with everything!
