Description
A twist on our delicious Pearsnickety, this Perry uses all Colorado Bartlett Pears but we let the juice sit on the pumice (Crushed Pears) and go through a natural, wild and spontaneous fermentation. It has Spanish Sidra characteristics with a zingy nose, slightly acidic, and is followed by a creamy mouthfeel and a crisp pear finish. Quaffable and delicious!
