Description
Plank III is an exciting Belgian-style Trippel. It is the first commercially available beer that has been aged on Jamaican All-Spice wood – the wood from the Pimento tree. Goldenrod in color with a dense head and creamy mouthfeel, this robust, bold brew presents phenolic flavors of white pepper and peach skin from the warm fermentation along with subtle spiciness from the wood aging.
