An English Style Bitter with pleasant UK hop aroma and bitterness balanced with Australian malts for body and sweetness. Australian malts are used to reduce the food miles, and UK hops are used to reflect the true style. We use rainwater harvested from our property to ensure the Proper Bitter is pure, fresh and tasty for you to enjoy.
