Pure Guava Petite Sour is an unfiltered, golden wild ale, brewed with wheat and oats and spiced with coriander and sumac. A serious sourness greets you on the nose with lingering tropical fruit aromas and bright citrus flavors created by the Brettanomyces. The finish is dry with a subtle earthy, creamy mouthfeel.
