Descrição
Gose (proounced go-za or goes-ah) is a traditional German style lager beer not often brewed. The beer is crisp, light and refreshing with plenty of flavor. The addition of salt and coriander help to mimic water high in zinc that contributes to the flavor profile in the form of a mineral taste. The beer is soured slightly for added mouthfeel and depth.
