Descripción
Historically a beer to repay farmhands, this is a style that places emphasis on the yeast most predominantly. A spiced flavor flirts with grassy and floral hops lending depth and intrigue. It’s pale straw color of continental malts brings you back to the Belgian grain fields in which this style was conceived. The crisp, dry finish tumbles off the palate and pairs well with herb crusted chicken and wild mushrooms.
